# rPool Guide For MintDrop Programs

## 1.Mint rATOM 

1\) Enter the MintDrop Programs page: [https://app.stafihub.io/rPool  ](<https://app.stafihub.io/rPool  >)

This guide takes the rATOM pool as an example to demonstrate how to participate in the MintDrop program.

2\)Click “Mint” to stake ATOM and mint rATOM. Please follow this [guide](/welcome-to-stafihub/user/user-guide/rtoken-dapp-guide.md) to stake ATOM.

## 2.Claim Rewards

Click “Claim” to claim the rewards. The “Claim Reward” page shows “Total Reward, Claimable Reward, Locked Rewards”.

Enter the amount of FIS token that will be claimed and click “claim” to claim the rewards.

After the operation is completed, the FIS reward will be directly sent to the StaFiHub account that initiates the transaction.
